One of my old fellows told me once about the running multiple business on internet is actually a management of multiple accounts on one email server. I was in heaven to listen to that and it really worked when I started using some IMAP. By using IMAP, no matter I am working on some configured computer of mine or any other computer which is not configured. I can manage my business account very easily.  And lot of updates and synchronized emails were there in front of my eyes without doing any extra effort. After some time I realized that the maintenance of a local email client on some common multiple computer machine is great when you are around your configured computers. That really triggered my thoughts to look around as no one can stay for longer time near your computer in this world of great race against time. I decided to opt for the Gmail.

I am managing 25 different accounts on one universal Gmail account

This universal Gmail account is really a great opportunity and avenue, for me to save the time and gets work done properly. If you have the address which is very right and world know it promptly then there is no matter how busy you are how much short time you have to manage your business online, this Gmail account really serve you well and will make you comfortable as your business will flourish stay on top for much of time you are away. Process step #1

First of all you just send your email accounts you wish to, to Gmail account, as most of the domain mails web mail accounts have the option of forwarding the emails. And if you are user of web host, then you need to approach your C-panel and improve your setting and send your accounts to Gmail by forwarding them from there. 

Process step#2

This step is very important and some sort of technical one as you must know all about the account you have one another web mail other than Gmail. All you have to do forwarding processes that is available on that web mail or mail domain to the Gmail account and get the configuration right and correct of your Gmail account. You will be soon doing confirmations of your accounts on your Gmail account by clicking the conformation links by clicking them one by one to get these accounts registered and be a part of your universal Gmail account. Keep one thing in mind in all that process, that is until unless you will not respond to the confirmation by clicking on the link sent to you, your accounts will not be addressed through your universal Gmail.

You should have check on spam

Well your universal Gmail have excellent spam controller as well, even better then Thunderbird and Outlook express, no doubt about that. Using universal Gmail account really helped me in saving my precious time.
