Top 12 Signs You're Addicted To Blogging

We all know that a hard work is needed to be a good and successful blogger. If you want your blog
be popular among readers, you should spend much time on it, think carefully on its content and SEO.
It's clear, that much time is needed for this. And it's justified when your blog is a job for you and the
only source of your income. But should you spend so much time on your blog if it's just a hobby for
you?

Try to count how much time you spend on your blog. Are you sure you are not addicted to blogging?
Let's check 12 main signs of blogging addiction, and try to find ways how to avoid it.

So, you are addicted to blogging if:

1.You have a blog, and you work on it 3-4 hours a day.

2.You have a net of blogs, or you have a strong desire to create it.

3.You try to publish at least one post per day.

4.You check your RSS with a hope to find some new ideas for your posts.

5.You check SEO statistics several times a day to see your PR, and monitor key requests which
your traffic goes on, such as online blogs' web development and management for example.

6.Number of regular readers statistics. You check how many pages in search engines' index
your blog has, and what places in search results it takes.

7.You always visit blogs and websites of the same niche with your own blog, and you leave
there 10 comments daily at least.

8.On the Internet, you search for people who could help you with a blog's promotion.

9.Twitter and e-mail tabs are always opened in your browser, and you go hot and cold when
you hear the word “a messenger”.

10.When you are offline, you worry about your blogs as if they were your own kids or pets.

11.Sometimes you communicate with your blogs: you thank them when they bring you traffic,
profit and  aesthetic pleasure, and you argue on them when something goes wrong.

12.Online blogging is the main topic of your communication with friends. And you are shocked
every time you meet a person who  hears the magic word “a blog” for the first time in his life.

This list is easy to continue, because every addicted blogger has his own symptoms. As far as you
understand, a blogging addiction is not easy to overcome, and some measures should be taken for
that. So, what can we do?

●To spend more time with friends
●To forget about online games downloading and gaming in general
●To meet new people and find new friends
●To spend more time outside where you can't find Wi-Fi
●To start worrying about someone as much as you worry about your blogs
●To search for new information using different sources, not the Internet only. Newspapers,
books, radio – no one has set a veto on them yet.
●To search for other profit sources.

And the most important thing is to spend time with your own family, as your blog will always be with
you, but the time you could spend with your close people is impossible to return.
